Overview

Interface Systems is hiring for a Service Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, assignment, and coordination of people and materials necessary for the installation department’s success in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the installation manager and the installation department agenda 
  • Support installation technicians in the field with routing, parts, and customer concerns 
  • Support installation scheduling to ensure minimized travel time 
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours (Internal & External customers) 
  • Daily closing/posting of all completed installation tickets 
  • Daily debriefing of all Installation Technicians 
  • Ensure no installation tickets age more than 30 days 
  • Daily processing of all subcontractor POs 
  • Timely processing of fire plans submittals and scheduling fire final inspections to meet installation schedules. 
  • Assist with the ordering and coordination of parts for regional installations. 
  • Familiar with a variety of the company’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. 
  • Comply with all internal and company policies and processes. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work. 
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities under pressure. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work with others and contribute to a positive team/work environment. 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills. 
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient with MS Office. 
  • Prior administrative experience required. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
