Interface is searching for a Sr. Partner Manager with 5-10 years of business-to-business sales, Channel and partner experience in technology solutions with a primary focus on the retail, restaurant and hospitality market segments (and new markets) with a background selling network and/or video analytics solutions. We are seeking a professional that has successfully developed, and maintained key relationships in a consultative selling environment.  This position is both client and partner-facing and owns relationship management and partner lead generation for the Interface portfolio of managed and emerging services in their given territory.


  • Represent Interface’s Managed Network and Business Intelligence portfolio which focus on a suite of cloud-based applications and services to include products as; Managed Services, VoIP, Broadband Internet, Wireless Communications, PCI, Network Security and business intelligence to gather actionable data on customer behavior, product interactions and retail or branch office design to maximize employee productivity and improve customer experience. 
  • Thorough knowledge of managed network and/or customer engagement platforms to include video, and business analytics solutions, as well as the ability to overcome objections with knowledge of competitor platforms/costs.
  • Key focus on strengthening current alliance partnership and developing new partner relationships with complementary solutions or distribution channels to increase brand presence and drive revenue.
  • Identify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships that will drive sales over an expanded sales cycle with C-suite level executives.
  • Coordinate with product management and other sales resources to maximum value of Interface products.
  • Identify prospect opportunities, with the primary goal of increasing Interface’s recurring revenue and market share.
  • Work with key prospects and clients to learn about their business challenges and initiatives in the area of retail analytics with the goal of converting these to new Interface customers. 
  • Clear understanding and articulation of key go-to-market solutions
  • Leverage the investment Interface has made in CRM and other sales management and improvement platforms.


  • Strong consultative selling background with a wide breadth of knowledge in current managed networking & retail analytics solutions.
  • Hands on experience in selling IT Solutions/Analytics Software, API, and system integration
  • Great relationship builder, team player
