As part of the warehouse & logistics team, this position will be responsible for fulfilment of daily order requests for service and install, inbound warehouse shipments, issuing parts and supplies to field technicians, assisting with regular restocking requests, outbound shipping for service and install, and assisting with inventory control. Works with field operations, procurement, other branch warehouses and suppliers to ensure internal and external customer needs are met. 


  • Ensure parts orders sourced from 3rd party warehouses are completed on time and correctly, based on information received from service & sales & field technicians
  • Receive inbound shipments; ensures department specific shipments are delivered to appropriate recipients
  • Complete outbound shipments from onsite warehouse
  • Assist with company-wide shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
  • Ensure clean, tidy and safe work environment including organization of warehouse
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager

  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and ERP systems
  • Previous experience with basic accounting functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality of work, and customer service
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

This position is required to work at the company’s home office Plano, TX during the company’s general business hours of 9 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday. Break periods and a lunch period are provided. This position may be required to perform work duties in addition to the above business hours, depending on workload and deadlines. 



The warehouse coordinator must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit or stand in an office environment.  Employee is frequently required to talk or hear to interact with employees/job seekers.  Employee is constantly required to use the telephone.  Employee will constantly use a personal computer, keyboard, and view multiple monitors. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach. The employee may be required to lift objects up to 50 pounds which may include company materials, files and small equipment.  Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus in order to view reports, computer screen, forms and documents.
