The position of Administrative Service Dispatcher reports to the Branch Operations Manager.  This position supports sales and operations departments with all administrative functions. This position dispatches service calls for the Branch customers. The role Administrative Service Dispatcher requires strong communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy.  This position requires excellent customer service skills and the drive and ability to exceed customer expectations.


  • Coordinate, schedule, and book jobs for all residential and small business installs.
  • Manage all branch box sales, check in freight and deliveries, and order parts.
  • Manage technician schedules to ensure timeliness of scheduled calls.
  • Create job packets for installs.
  • Ensure efficient flow of paperwork and reports.
  • Work as a liaison between the operations manager and the branch employees.
  • Work as a liaison between the branch office and Interface home office.
  • Audit paperwork for accuracy and content; Assist in keeping current job list accurate before it is pushed over to Sales Order Entry Team. 
  • Gather all required paperwork and information for closing tickets and send to branch closeouts.
  • Assist in other general administrative duties that arise.
  • Maximize branch productivity through the use of Word and Excel.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially word and Excel.
  • Prior work experience as a dispatcher in the security industry, preferred.

Working Conditions:

Office setting. Sitting or standing at workstation with computer keyboard, multiple monitors, and desk phone. Company dress code is business casual. 

Position type and expected hours of work:

This position is required to work at the company’s home office during the company’s general business hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.  Break periods and a lunch period provided.  This position may be required to perform work duties in addition to the above business hours, depending on workload and deadlines.

While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit or stand in an office environment.  Employee is frequently required to talk or hear to interact with employees.  Employee is frequently required to use the telephone.  Employee will constantly use a personal computer, keyboard, and view multiple monitors. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach. The employee may be required to lift objects up to 30 pounds which may include company materials, files, work parts and small equipment.  Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus in order to view reports, computer screen, forms, and documents.

Work is performed indoors in a fluorescent and/or LED lit workspace at the employer’s office with minimal exposure to noise and adverse environmental issues.
