The Technical Production Specialist will be responsible for the configuration, testing, and shipping of network equipment for new customers projects as needed. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION!




  • Unbox, configure, test, and pack mobile routers, Wi-Fi access points, VoIP equipment and other network equipment
  • Record, track, and provide follow-up on equipment fulfillment
  • Field requests for status of service and installation part fulfillment requests

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and peripherals
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook and Excel specifically).
  • Entry level knowledge of Cisco routers helpful but not required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good organizational skills
  • Logical troubleshooting skills

Working Conditions:

Warehouse setting. Sitting or standing at a workstation with a computer keyboard, multiple monitors, and desk phone. The company dress code is business casual.

Position type and expected hours of work:

This position is required to work at the company’s home office during the company’s general business hours of 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. Break periods and a lunch period are provided. This position may be required to perform work duties in addition to the above business hours, depending on workload and deadlines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand in an office environment.  The employee is frequently required to talk or hear to interact with employees.  The employee is frequently required to use the telephone.  The employee will constantly use a personal computer, keyboard, and view multiple monitors. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach. The employee may be required to lift objects to 20 pounds which may include company materials, files, and small equipment.  Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus to view reports, computer screens, forms, and documents.

Work is performed indoors in a fluorescent and/or LED-lit workspace at the employer’s office with minimal exposure to noise and adverse environmental issues.
