The Security Implementation Engineer has responsibility for the successful installation of new and established security solutions (changes, adds, upgrades) for ISS customers. In this position, you will follow the project throughout its entire lifecycle, from project planning, product design, and service deployment through the handoff to production and day-to-day support. The position works with both hardware and network designers to ensure that the design is valid and meets customer requirements. Training ISS internal teams/stakeholders on new and change-oriented solutions is also a key responsibility of the position. The position includes technical writing duties and responsibilities and is responsible for gathering, organizing, and compiling information from the implementation process into the System Playbooks and Installation Guides. In addition, the position facilitates the distribution of information and facilitates collaboration with other departments and key stakeholders.
